nanny expectations

i have a 2 month old and i recently hired a nanny, she seems nice, i pay 10$/hr. i dont ask her to do any house work, and she doesnt take the baby for walks outside (at this point she is not allowed to) my expectation is simple, BE WITH THE BABY,if he is playing on his mat sit next to him, if he is awake tell him stories and talk to him etc... and while he is sleeping u can do whatever you want, make yourself tea and watch tv all you want, talk on the phone etc... what do your nannies do with babies?
