Would you use this?

So I am avoiding the dishes and other various errands, lol, by shopping and bumping. I just came across this thing called Mommy I'm Here. In a way I think it would be useful later on at the park or fair etc. But I don't want to be paranoid or raise LO to be paranoid. I am pretty sure DH would totally buy it up because he is VERY paranoid. Would you use something like this? Technology sure is changing parenthood.
