Okay so I have been EBF since birth DS is 12 weeks and it has never hurt. Today it hurts. The left side hurts bad when he feeds and on my nipple I can see a white spot which I'm assuming is milk. Its is like stuck there I can not get it out. Does anyone know what this is? Or how to get it out
