Bella Baby- any experience?

I just found out that my hospital uses the Bella Baby photographers and that each newborn gets a "photoshoot" at the hospital and then the prints are available online for the parents and family members to purchase. I was just wondering if any one had experience with this company and what the process what like? Thanks
