Does your daycare follow your schedule?

I am back to work and my son is in the daycare on the campus that I work at.

I have the abilty to watch via a webcam and I get a sheet when I pick him up letting me know his activites during the day.

I have been following the EASY schedule and it seemed to be working...here is my question...

It appears the daycare will allow him to sleep right after eating...or, if he falls asleep during a bottle, they will put him down without waking him to finish it. This being my first child I have no idea if daycares follow their own routines or will adapt to the parents schedule?
