Right ovary pain?

I've been having some pain in what feels like the area of my right ovary all day.  It started off not that bad more of annoying pain off and on this morning but now it's almost constant achy pain low on my right side.  The doctor told me I have a cyst on that ovary but it hasn't really bothered me since the beginning.  Every time I lean or bend towards the right it I can feel the pain even more. I'm so uncomfortable in my desk chair. Is this something I should call the doc about or just wait and see if it goes away tomorrow?
