Super Long day nap

My Lo used to take two 2-3 hour naps during the day with no problems sleeping at night but lately it seems like she only wants to take one big 3-4 hour nap during the day. It doesn't seem to affect her ability to sleep through the night, but I'm worried this isn't good for her. I don't like to wake her up before she is ready because then she is super crabby for the rest of the day until she goes back to sleep. Any thoughts?
