Sharp pain in lower stomach

Hello again ladies! Sorry for the multiple post but work is slow today.

So I'm having a sharp pain in my lower stomach (below the belly button, to the left). Its located kind of in a pinpoint on my stomach but does slight radiate outwards. This isn't the first time I have had it. It usually last a few minutes then goes away. Is this RLP or could it be the baby moving/jabbing? I was just wondering.
