LO breaking out of miracle blanket

I have a Houdini on my hands. DD is breaking out of her miracle blanket swaddle and waking herself up with flailing arms.

It is happening several times a night and she is quite the mover in her crib - lifting her legs up and moving on her side.

Any suggestions? Maybe just time to wean her and hope her arms gain control as a result?
