I've been having a lot of issues with waking up so freaking hungry that I feel like I'll throw up or pass out. For A while I was keeping nilla wafers beside my bed, but I got sick of them.
for the past week I've been keeping "Quaker Rice Snacks" beside my bed. they're like rice cakes, but small and one-bite-able. There are a lot of flavors, and the apple cinnamon ones are great with peanut butter.
I swear this isn't spam. I'm just really excited about them because they're filling enough to sleep well (for me at least), I haven't thrown them up yet (hyperemesis), and they're not that bad for you.
