Scheduled C-Section for 2nd child

Hello all. I have been on here a few times. I am having a repeat section for my second baby in July. I am wondering if you have been in this situation, what you did as far as your first child is concerned. Did he or she go to the hospital with the family to wait until the baby was born since you did have a specific time or did your first stay home with someone and just visit later during visiting hours? Thanks
