sometimes I feel like a failure

my LO cries so much. I do everything I can to try to help him, but he cries and cries. Hes colicky and has digestive problems. The doctor says it's normal. My whole life right now is trying to make him happy, and he's not, which makes me feel like a failure.I get small bouts of happiness and then crying or fussiness the rest of the time. I love him so much and it just makes me depressed that he isn't happier. When will it get easier?
