Talk to me about bottle sterilization (and a clicky!)

Are you sterilizing bottles after every use....?

My husband and I are sterilizing 5 at a time in the microwave, but are honestly confused because as soon as they are done and we touch them and move them to the holder, aren't they technically not *sterile* any more....?

Some 2+ moms I know say they just dishwasher sterilize them, others they say just plain wash them.

Whats everybody else doing?

(FWIW we use Dr. browns bottles.) (An please pardon spelling errors - one handed typer here!)
