How long can I go between breastfeeding before I stop making milk

My baby has dairy alergy and with all the changes in formula and the reactions to my milk and formula I barely have time to sleep let alone pump and dump I am worried I will stop making milk i was pumping four to six times a day then went to two now only getting one in and yesterday none can i reverse this by pumping more how can i increase my milk flow
