Babies: 0 - 3 Months

NBR talk to me about your workout and diet.

I have these stupid 9 pounds that didn't go away after I had my daughter. I have never worked out or been on a diet. I've always ate what I wanted and I wasn't like a size 0 but I was always between a size 7-11 in jeans and a med-large(Juniors size) after I had DS I lost all my that weight and more within the first 2 weeks after he was born. I only gained like 19 pounds with him. With DD I gained 24 and most of that was gone 2 weeks later except for the stupid 9 pounds.

Anyways my question is what do you do to help you loose weight and stay toned? I need to work on my arms legs stomach and butt(I want a cute big firm one lol) Thanks.
