back to work mama's - is your pumping time paid?

I guess when i discussed needing a place to pump with my boss i never thought to ask if it was paid time or not.  I actually run home to pump since i live like 2 minutes away.  i come home at 11:10 and i usually go for lunch at 11:30.  then i run home again at 2:30 for another 20 minutes.

Just curious what the law about a place to pump states as far as paid time or not...
