So, I get a call from my lawyer today and she informed me that my ex now has a lawyer and he filed a motion to vacate our court order for child support. He is claiming that the Judge falsified his income information when calculating the child support amount. What a DUMB FUC$!! EX filled out his financial affidavit, NOT the Judge. UGH!!! Why can't the SOB just pay his damn child support and be done with it?? No, he has to do everything he can to make my live a living hell!!! Oh, and we have court Jan. 4th. What a way to start off the New Year... I'm so over all of this. It's just one thing after the next with him... Just go AWAY and LEAVE us ALONE!!! Sorry, I just needed to vent!!!
