A little sick at 20 weeks :-/

Hey Ladies

 

I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and I have a bit of a runny nose and a scratchy throat. It may just be from the acid reflux and hearburn I have been having but I want to be safe than sorry.

 

This is my first pregnancy and I don't know how normal these symptoms are. I tried calling my doctors office to schedule an appt today to make sure everything is fine and they do not take same day appointments?!!! It feels a bit like the common cold - can anyone tell me if I should be worried or just rest it our and drink lots of fluid and dont worry about it...
