Sorry to bring this up but...how do i get rid of all of this gas!?

Since last evening, i have had such terrible gas in my abdomen area, not painful but just annoying, i've "tried" to get rid of it but its not going away.

Any ideas? Am i suppose to feel this bloated at this stage?
