Back Pain & Pregnancy Pillows

I have been having HORRIBLE lower back/hip pain. I can barely bend because it hurts so bad. I read that a pillow would help with the back pain. Do a lot of you use it at this point in pregnancy? Do a lot of you have major back pain like me? Help!
