how much to let parents-in-law at baby?

I'm due any day now, and I'm nervous cuz my in-laws are coming to visit in about 10 days.  They live far away so they planned the trip a while ago.  I'm excited to have them come and visit, but I really don't want them holding the baby too much.  My father-in-law smokes, and I know neither of them are up to date on vaccines.  

My parents on the other hand made sure to get their flu shots etc.  Am I being a paranoid and selfish FTM?  How much do you let grandparents hold newborns?
