I have a pretty bad blocked duct.... it is actually raised and the whole left side of my breast hurts and is very hard. I have been pumping and massaging and it doesn't seem to be helping much. I am not getting as much milk out of that breast. Any suggestions? I have a heat pack on it right now.... TIA
