Won't stay asleep unless I hold her at almost 2 months??

Is this overtiredness?  Or over-attached?  It has to be me, not even DH....and usually my boob has to be in her mouth.  She'll be out cold, and 5-15 minutes later she's up crying.  Won't even take a paci.  Swaddle, rock, walk, shush...nothing works.  It's nearly impossible to even get her down for a nap in less than 2-3 hours, even if I start as soon as she finishes eating.

What's a girl to do?  I'm losing my mind....
