XP: reflux?

Isn't this uncommon in a breastfed baby? LO will arch his back and neck after most feedings and grunt and groan like he's really uncomfortable. Today he cried for quite some time after eating, which he normally does not do. He also gets the hiccups quite often and when lying on his back, it sounds like there is congestion in his throat, but he's not sick at all. He spits up every now and then, but it doens't seem to cause him any pain. It doesn't seem to bother him a whole lot but I made an appointment for Friday anyway. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there anything over the counter I can give him?
