Anyone with experience with early teething???

My LO is teething at 10 weeks :-(.

He is pretty miserable in evenings.  Drooling a bit, but mainly wants to gnaw on his hands or our fingers.  i bought teething rings today.  He likes them (not cold), but since he is sooo young he cant hold the ring himself.  so works, but we have to hold in his mouth.

I gave up this morning and gave tylenol.  He slept for the next 4 hours.

Anyone with experience with a LO teething this early please share.  Also i am unsure how long he will be cranky for??

Just when we got reflux under control and were getting better sleep...now he is teething.
