how much weight had baby gained at 2 week appt?

We took L in for her 2 week appt today. 

Birth she was -7 lbs 6 oz

Discharge date - 6 lbs 11 oz

2 week appt - 7 lbs 15 oz 

I am really pleased with her growth since she has only had 2 formula bottles in her life. With the boys I was supplementing half and half right from the start, and they grew like weeds. They were both in the 80 - 90th percentiles in height and weight. She feels small compared to them, but she's catching up to contend with her big brothers lol

Anyway, doc said something today that sounded strange. She told me that L was in the 23 percentile for weight and 25 for height. That seems extremely low for an almost 8 lb baby at 2 weeks. When I looked up the percentile chart online on it tells me she is in the 80 - 85 percentile, did doc make a mistake?
