Growth Spurt Question

Our DD is 2 1/2 weeks old......and is eating 3 Oz every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. However She acts as if she is starving before it is time to feed again. Im not sure if she may be having a growth spurt or if she is just fussy?

At what weeks do babies have growth spurts?
