Heel Spur?

I've never had a heel spur - even was an athlete was I was younger.  I'm about 4 weeks pp and now have heel pain.  Anyone else experience this?  I read it the hormones can cause ligments to do whatever theydo to cause heel spurs to grow.  Yay fun.
