Keeping LO from getting sick

So three weeks ago I had a cold turned sinus infection and LO who was 7 weeks got a cold as well. I woke up yesterday with body aches, sore throat and congestion. Being the care taker of my LO how do I prevent him from getting sick again? I know not to be kissing on him and to wash both our hands frequently, but is there anything else?
