What's the earliest you can feel the baby move?

I will be 15 weeks this saturday, and I could have promised I just felt the baby for the first time! I have never felt this movement before and I only got to 3 before I freaked and had to write and started moving around. It was like something kind of tumbled in my lower belly. I felt a bump under my belly button and then a bump right after going towards my inside. I stayed still for a while. How I noticed it was I felt was just talking to it and had my hand there and started making funny voices and bam! and then I paused and started talking to the baby and bam! it happened again! and then I stayed real still and taked some more and it did it again. This is my second pregnancy (miscarried first one at 6 weeks) and so I have no idea what to expect. People kept telling me oh you wont feel anything until your 20 or so weeks and since your bigger it may be longer. but I could have promised this wasn't a bowel movement or food digesting!
