sudden heart rate increase... normal?

Im 15 weeks and ive noticed that sometime when im laying down to sleep i have a sudden raise in heart beat, i feel like i just went up a flight of stairs, it only last for a couple seconds but im wondering if its normal and if anyone else has had this happen to them..... Im attributting it to the increase blood flow . But can anyone give me any info????
