little NON-RED bumbs on lo's body...

what could this be? they are not red, they are the color of her skin. they don't bother her but they are on her legs and back. you couldn't tell unless you touched her. i use Seventh Generation detergent and California Baby body wash. I use body wash like every 2-3days. I stopped the Aveeno Baby lotion in hopes that would fix it. but it didn't. any ideas???
