I just got a call from my OB saying that my anatomy scan was canceled for next wednesday, because he just got my blood test results back from the screening. He didn't give me any numbers, but said they came back with a high risk of downs & spinal disease.  I'm 27 years old, what are the chances of this. I already lost a twin early on ( around week 6.) I also looked up how they come up with the downs risk and they say it goes by age & the nt scan measurments.. My baby didn't cooporate, so they never got the measurments.. They will be calling me later today to schedule a level 2 u/s. I guess I'm just confused as to how they came up that I'm high risk.
