Annoying co-worker comments

I have this co-worker .... every morning she'll look at my stomach and say something like "is that a baby bump I see?". I'm sensitive enough about my shape changing and because of these comments I'm spending extra time in the morning looking for clothes that might disguise it.

 Any idea of what I can say (that's nice) to nix the comments? I can think of plenty of not nice things.
