Positive Group Strep B

I found out last week that I had a UTI and Bladder infection and they think it was going to my kidney's because there was blood in my urine.  My culture came back positive for Group Strep B.  They have gave me 2 different antibiotics but they both make me sick.  Last night I was throwing up like crazy and today I feel terrible!  My back is killing me, cramping in my lower abdomin.  Has anyone else ever had this problem?  I wanted the doctor to check me today but she said I probably still have the infections and she would just get me a shot today to try and get rid of my infection.....  I dont want to be sick for Christmas!!!
