question about a pain.................

My sister is in her 13th week and woke up this morning with a pain in the right side of her stomach that goes into her back. Anyone have any ideas of what it could be??? She said she jumped out of bed real quick this morning and maybe thats what caused it. She has a call into her doctor also! But i thought i would jump on here and see if anyone else had experinced this before!

(she isnt having any cramping or bleeding just a pain in that one area)
