I seem to have this problem...I don't remember to eat. Then when I finally realize that I should have eaten already, or that I'm hungry, it is usually too late because I start to feel icky, I lose my color in my face and I get really winded. Guess I'm going to have to set a reminder every few hours to graze on a little something to keep me at an even keel. I certainly hope that this isn't a precursor to any sort of sugar or BP problems in the future.
