Body Pillows

Does anyone have the babies r us preggle body pillow?  There is one with a zebra print.  I was thinking of getting my SIL one for Christmas since she's been needing one.  I know some can be really firm and uncomfortable so just hoping you can let me know what you have.  They are so expensive that I wanted to make sure it was a good one.  I used a regular pillow when I was pregnant and that didn't do it for me!  :-)
