I need prayers I have to do amniocentesis

I am only 29 but my test results for down syndrome came back slightly elevated meaning it could be a 1 in 39 chance of down syndrome. I am so worried I cant stop crying and if I do the test there is a 1 in 300 or 1 in 500 chance of miscarry. I have already been through a miscarriage back in May and was just hoping and praying for a healthy baby. Has anybody done this test before? And has anybody had slightly elevated test results for down syndrome?
