I've scoured the forums for something new to relieve my nausea and morning sickness but I feel like I've tried EVERYTHING and nothing helps.
I've used ginger, the bands, eating at night, eating in the morning, small meals, a bland diet, whole grains, protein shakes, fiber, etc. You name it and I've tried it. I'm trying to avoid prescriptions but that seems to be my only option. Does anyone know of any other non-drug ways of relief?
Any help is greatly appreciated. I hate being sick!
