Can my 4 week old hear me?

My DD passed her newborn hearing screening at the hospital, but I am worried because she doesnt follow the sound of my voive, and doesnt startle when there is a loud noise. I was holding her in the kitchen a few days ago and my husband dropped a pot accidentaly and the baby didnt even stir. Should I be worried?
