how much sleep is to much sleep?

Yesterday our LO was up 16 hrs straight.....

We actually ended up taking him to the ER due to a reflux issue.

He has been sleeping since 2 am this morning.

Of course he has eating every 3 hrs or so but gone back to sleep almost immediately after eating. No fever and wetting his diaper as normal....

Should I worry? Im sure yesterday was really stressful with going to the ER and being up all day and practically all night but should I wake him or let a good thing be a good thing!?
