very scared and not sure what to do...

I am 22 (almost 23) weeks pregnant and 22 years old. I have been having quite a few normal breast related symptoms since my 2nd tri started (tenderness, swollen, and just recently leaking colostrum). But tonight I felt a pea-sized (maybe a bit bigger) lump in my breast. I can't find anything that says that this is normal! The lump itself doesn't hurt but it is hard to get a good feel of it just because my breast is so tender and swollen. The only thing I can think of now is "cancer???" Has anyone heard of lumps being normal during pregnancy?? Please, any information would be greatly appreciated and I so worried now and I don't know what to do.
