Constipation- when does it end!?! Maybe TMI

I'm almost at 4 week PP and I still dread going #2 in the bathroom. It's absolutely painful! Constipation is awful! I'm lucky that I didn't have any hemorrhoids during pregnancy or even after L&D but I think I'm making up for the pain from them now.

I've starting eating more fiber in my diet and I drink so much water. I'm not sure what else there is to do. I just want it to end. Anyone else dreading the bathroom?
