3 weeks PP and still bleeding?

Well I'll be 3 weeks PP on tuesday. So i'm not really bleeding I just have brownish discharge now but only in the evening. I'll shower at night and all day my pads will be clean and once it hits about 4-6pm I start the brownish discharge. Is that normal? About how long will that last? Also this is a bit TMI but when that discharge starts It smells bad. There was even a day where I thought one of the kids needed a diaper change and then I realized it was me. Is that normal as well? TIA
