Concerned about how sore I am...also hiccups

So that first pee after delivery, AWFUL!!!! After that one, they slowly started getting easier and easier. I've kept my water intake up until yesterday when I don't think I even thought about drinking water. Since last night, (my daughter is 5 days old today) it's been SOOO incredibly painful that I'm literally in tears when I have to pee. I barely tore and only needed two stitches, these stitches are on the higher left side of my vagina, not low like the usual tear. I used a mirror to see between my legs and I can't see any stitches anywhere, especially where I thought I had felt her put them. I can't decide if my pee is just too concentrated from not drinking as much yesterday, or maybe my stitches came out somehow. Either way, I'm calling the doctor tomorrow but the thought of having myself checked out down there right now makes me want to cry in pain.

Is it still normal for me to have SO much burning still???
