XP: Evening Meltdowns

Hello ladies.  LO is a good little boy during the day.  He naps and eats well and is so happy.  However, just about every night between 5-8pm he has some sort of meltdown.  I usually give him a bath to calm him down, but once the bath is over he cries and cries for at least 30 minutes.  I know this is "normal" but I was just hoping you had some suggestions on how to soothe LO while he is in meltdown mood.  Or how I can avoid them, if at all.  TIA!!
