what your nap and sleep "schedule"?

From reading some of your posts it seems like there are ppl out there that have a schedule for naps and night time sleep.  If you do:

how does it work and how long does your LO nap and sleep at night?

i just let my guy sleep when he wants to sleep.  He started sleeping 6 hours straight for 4 nights and last night he was up every 1.5-2 hours.  I dont mind but I liked the 6 hours better lol
