Missing my morning shower....

How do you moms do it? How are you ale to shower in the morning? My son is 8 weeks old and sleeping/napping in the RnP. He rarely takes a morning nap but sometimes we have places to go and getting a shower would be nice... but hes awake! How do you do it? FYI he hates his swing and bouncy seat...
