What can I make for SIL?

December 2011 in Babies: 0 - 3 Months

Tonight she is having her baby...lives four hours away. I am going up sunday and I know I am going to bring them a plate of cookies, gift for baby but really would love to make them a dinner that I can freeze. She is having a c-section and doesnt have a big support group up there. Any recipe ideas that freeze well? Thanks!
